easy, delicious salmon recipe. serve it on top of a bed of sauteed spinach or other delicious veggies and you’ve got a low maintenance, healthy meal.

lemon pepper salmon
prep time: 10 min | total time: 30 min | serves: 3-4
what you need:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbspn lemon pepper
- salt, cilantro, lemon
get it done:
- heat oven to 300F
- place large sheet of foil on a baking sheet and spray foil with vegetable oil spray
- place salmon (skin down) on the foil and sprinkle with lemon pepper seasoning (make sure the salmon is room temp before you throw it in) and spread garlic mixture on top
- bake salmon until flakes apart with fork, maybe 15-25 minutes, depending on your oven and taste
- top with cilantro and lemon and enjoy!
