roasted corn with chili lime butter
prep time: 5 min | total time: 45 min | serves: 4-6
what you need:
- 6 ears corn, unhusked
- butter at room temperature
- chili powder
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
- preheat oven to 350F and place corn directly on rack (or grill your corn!)
- when corn is soft, peel down the husks and rub corn with butter & lime and sprinkle chili powder on top
- that is it. best way to eat corn.
